Hassle Free Insurance Restoration Process | Eden Prairie

One of the things Trinity Exteriors is well known for is helping customers through the insurance restoration process. The company strives to Take the Worries Away from your restoration project by answering all your questions about what happens during a restoration, especially after a storm. The following are helpful tips for making your exterior renovation easy and free of hassles.

1. After your free roof inspection from Trinity Exteriors, contact the claims center of your insurance company and report that you may have hail damage to your home.

2. Once you have reported the claim, contact your Trinity Exteriors representative with the claim number.

3. Your insurance company will contact you with the name and phone number of the adjuster, along with the date and time that the adjuster will come out to inspect your home. Contact your Trinity Exteriors rep with this information. To protect your best interests and to expediate the adjuster's work, we need to meet with your adjuster and come to an agreement on the full scope of the damage to your home.

4. After meeting with your insurance adjuster, your Trinity Exteriors rep will contact you on what work your insurance company will cover on your home and to set up a time to select the products and colors to use.

5. Once you choose the products and colors, your rep will schedule your project for production, which typically starts within two weeks.

6. Upon completion of your project, our inspector examines the completed work and picks up any leftover materials.

7. At some point in this process, your insurance company will send out a claim report and the first check. When you receive this, contact your field representative and arrange to have a time to have it picked up.

8. After we receive the insurance paperwork and your project is deemed complete, both you and your insurance company will receive a final invoice. When you receive the second and final check from the insurance company, the remainder of the invoice is due.
